Lockdowns are a time of uncertainty. They can bring on feelings of anxiety, flatness, loneliness, and sadness. If you are feeling these, it’s okay. You are not the only one. However, you can take back some of that uncertainty by taking back control of your daily routine, eating patterns, hobbies, exercise, and activities that make you feel good.
There are some factors that are out of our control in these lockdowns, but what you choose to do with your time is in your control!
Lockdowns are hard, don’t get me wrong, but it’s times like these, where time slows down, that you can indulge in content that can make you stronger, more resilient, and look inward to work on yourself.
