Key Highlights include:
- You feel connected to our team with 91% of participants indicating you are ‘able to communicate the anzuk team quickly and easily’. We are particularly pleased with this rating as this has been a core focus for our team over the past 12 months, with deliberate steps taken to ensure you have a dedicated consultant partnering with you on your career in education.
- 83% of participants are confident we place you in roles matching your skills and experience
On a growth level, you indicated we can improve by:
- Providing you with more information about the roles you’re accepting that assist you in preparing for an exceptional day in the classroom
- Providing more timely and consistent reinforcement about good workplace practice alongside constructive feedback that can assist you in growing as a professional
We are committed to seeing growth in these areas over the coming six months and will be testing new and different ways to ensure you have the information necessary to help you be at your best each and every day.
