What is your current role? People and Growth Consultant
What was your journey like getting to this role? I worked in many different industries (Interior Design, Travel and Insurance) before falling into (and in love with) Recruitment – 5 years ago! I joined the Permanent Opportunities team as a Recruitment Consultant initially and was lucky enough to move into the P&G team on a secondment this year.
What does a typical day look like for you? I usually start the day with emails which is followed by our team huddle, a good coffee offsite, projects, meetings, phone screens and interviews. It’s always a good day if there is a doggo in the office.
What did you do before this? Recruitment
What do you do when you’re not working? Spending time with friends, exploring Melbourne’s bars and restaurants and travelling (when I can). I am currently studying a Diploma of Human Resources which keeps me very busy!
